It was a good experience.Good kichen, nice forniture.Only the water of the shower was to hot and there was no possibitity to mix with cold water.

Zou leuk zijn voor 1 dag maar niet langer.
Positive: Lokatie.
Negative: Was niet schoon. Dode vliegen en muggen aan muren en radiator. Stofzuiger zat vol met stof. Je kon zien dat met van een hele oude krakkemikkige chalet er iets leuks van wilde maken. Vele onafgemaakte zaken (lamp, strips, keuken, etc). Gevaarlijke pinnen van de binnen deurklinken (meerdere malen pijn gedaan). Meerdere malen eikels van de boom op auto, dak van het chalet, nek en hond gehad. Schuur zat vol met troep.

Bad experience with bad support
Positive: That is was in a green area
Negative: It was the dirtiest place I ever been in! There were hundreds and hundreds of flies in the property on my arrival.
Doors were not working well,
Kitchen utilities were a joke,
Coffee machine didn’t work the capsules and was dirty, plus had a broken water container.
Fridge had not one but two hairs in it and was dirty in general.
Shower cabin doors not working
Windows were dirty and had mould growing on it.
The oven pads were very dirty
The walls in the kitchen had ketchup or other sauce on the walls and the blinds were dirty too.
Double bed missed a leg.
The garden around the property was not kept well either.
We were at first offered to get flyspray from a supermarket and we would be receiving reimburse ment for the cost of the spray?!
I insisted that someone came out and after some calling with booking and the agents of the property a man sorted the property without removing out bedding first!!
We arrived with hundreds dead flies on floors, beds and kitchen. The same man came to handpick them in a bag!
We as a family had to clean the property at night after a 2000km trip by car!
I am disappointed in both! Booking.com and the agency!
No financial reimbursements have been offered. I was only offered to leave and I had to find myself, in the middle of high season another property for my family and pet! The nights I wouldn’t stay would be reimbursed.
I arrived Saturday and I received a call that on Wednesday a worker would come to repair things!
We declined as we felt it wouldn’t make no more difference to us and it was only so that they could receive on the next Saturday new people with some of the problems solved.
We feel that booking.com should remove this property from the books as I now read that many people had similar experiences.
I am a level 3 booking client but feel really let down by booking.com

Negative: Het verblijf zou rookvrij zijn maar er hing een zeer penetrante rooklucht die in al onze bagage bleef hangen.
Daarnaast was er zeker niet voor vier personen bestek aanwezig.
